Hello, The CSC election has been rescheduled! The election will now take take place on January 19th from 6PM to 8PM in DC1351. Although nominations remain closed you may request an absentee ballot before January 19th 12PM. Email cro(a)csclub.uwaterloo.ca if you have any questions. CSC General Election Call

Hello, The Computer Science Club will be holding elections for the Winter 2026 term in-person and virtually on Thursday, January 15th, at 6:00PM EST(UTC-5). The location of the in-person event is to be determined and will be posted to the discord as well as sent out via this email channel. Virtual attendees can join the Stage Channel on our Discord server (csclub.ca/discord<https://csclub.ca/discord>). The President, Vice-President, Assistant Vice-President, and Treasurer will be elected whilst the Systems Administrator will be appointed by the new executives and ratified by vote at the election. If you wish to nominate yourself or anyone else for any of these positions, please do so via one of the following methods: 1. Send an email to cro(a)csclub.uwaterloo.ca<mailto:cro@csclub.uwaterloo.ca>, 2. Present your nomination in-person to the CRO (Andrei Stan), or 3. Write your name on the whiteboard in the CSC office (MC 3036/3037). Nominations will close on Tuesday, January 13th, 2026, at 6PM EST (UTC-5). The CRO will reach out to nominees for their platform. If you are unable to attend the elections live (in-person or virtually), you may email cro(a)csclub.uwaterloo.ca<mailto:cro@csclub.uwaterloo.ca> by Wednesday, January 13th, 2026, at 6:00 PM EST (UTC-5) to request an absentee ballot. In-person voting will be done via form submission only identifiable by the CRO to ensure validity of votes. You must be a CSC member for the Winter 2026 term to run for a position or vote in the election. You can find more details about becoming a member or renewing your membership on our website at csclub.uwaterloo.ca<https://csclub.uwaterloo.ca/>.
