Hi Members, I hope you all are doing well this term and enjoying this pleasant summer. I am writing this to personally invite you all to our first outside joint event with WICS for this term. Come and join us for a night of Campfire, friends, fun and yeah Free food😁, we'll be having Pitas, drinks, water(Gotta Keep my Fam hydrated eh! 😉) and last but not the least we'll be having S'mores too, because any Campfire is incomplete without them. Hi all, Nominations for Computer Science Club positions closed yesterday at 6:00 PM. Elections will be held today (May 16) at *7:00 PM in MC Comfy*. Here are the list of nominees and members who have expressed interest for the appointed positions. Names are listed in alphabetical order. Absentee votes will be accepted by email to cro(a)csclub.uwaterloo.ca from eligible members until the start of the meeting. Spring 2019 Elections

Greetings programs, The Computer Science Club will be holding elections for the Spring 2019 term on Thursday, May 16th in MC Comfy (MC 3001) at 19:00. During the meeting, the president, vice-president, treasurer and assistant vice-president (formerly secretary) will be elected, the sysadmin will be ratified, and the librarian and office manager will be appointed. If you'd like to run for any of these positions or nominate someone, you can write your name on the whiteboard in the CSC office (MC 3036/3037) or send me (Charlie) an email at cro(a)csclub.uwaterloo.ca. Every effort will be made to note down whiteboard nominations, but it is highly recommended to send me an email in addition to writing on the whiteboard. You can also deposit nominations in the CSC mailbox in MathSoc or present them to me in-person. Nominations will close at 18:00 on Wednesday, May 15th.
