The Computer Science Club will be holding elections for the Fall 2024 term in-person and virtually, on Monday, September 9th, 2024, at 7:00PM EDT (UTC-4) in DC 1302 and in the Stage Channel on our Discord server. The President, Vice-President, Assistant Vice-President, and Treasurer will be elected, and the System Administrator will be appointed.
If you’d like to run for any of these positions or nominate someone, you can: send an email tocro(a)csclub.uwaterloo.ca<mailto:cro@csclub.uwaterloo.ca>; present your nomination in-person to the CRO, Gordon Lin; or write your name on the whiteboard in the CSC office (MC 3036/3037). Nominations will close on Saturday, September 7th,2024, at 6:00PM EDT (UTC-4). Nominees will be contacted to share their platforms.
If you are unable to attend the elections in-person or virtually by livestream through the CSC Discord, please email cro(a)csclub.uwaterloo.ca<mailto:cro@csclub.uwaterloo.ca> by Sunday, September 8th, 2024 at 6:00PM EDT (UTC-4) in order to request an absentee ballot.
You must be a CSC member for the Fall 2024 term in order to run for any of the positions or to vote in the elections. You can find more details about becoming a member or renewing your membership on our website at csclub.uwaterloo.ca.
