Hello everyone,
As of September 28th, 2024, Nathan Chung, our previous Systems Administrator, has resigned from his position, effective September 29th, 2024.
In the absence of the Systems Administrator, as per the constitution, their duties are to be carried out by the Systems Committee, until a new Systems Administrator is available.
With the vacancy of this position, the Executive have called for an election and general meeting to appoint and ratify a new Systems Administrator. Per the constitution, the Executive will select a member of the club to be a Systems Administrator, and members at the election will then vote to ratify the candidate.
Additionally, after the election, a general meeting will occur which will contain updates from the organizing committee, with an opportunity to ask any questions you may have for us.
The election and general meeting will be on Tuesday, October 8th, 2024 at 7:00PM EDT (UTC-4), both virtually, in the Stage Channel on our Discord server, and in-person in STC 0010.
