Wanted: big data expert and Android app guru

I am looking for energetic and passionate programmers to join me in launching a mobile based recommendation app. I am seeking someone with big data experience, specifically someone familiar with clustering algorithms and other methods of generating recommendations. I am also seeking an Android app design guru, someone with extensive front end design experience and a deep knowledge of the Android OS. Both positions would be full time with compensation being paid in cash, equity, or a mixture of both.
