The CSC newsletter is intended as a way for the exec (and select members of the events team on the program committee) to communicate CSC events to people that are interested in participating, among other things. It is not intended as additional spam for alumni that have just been maintaining their accounts for years, and have no interest in being emailed about day-to-day CSC things.
You received an unsubscription email because we tried our best to clear this mailing list of Alumni. If you're receiving this email, you specifically requested to be resubscribed (one person, you know who you are :p), or you meet the criteria below: - Your first term was f2018 or later; AND - You are currently a CSC member (in s2022), or were in f2021 or w2022 - Are not marked as Alumni in the UW/CSC LDAP

Please note that future newsletter emails (this one is in plaintext) will mostly be multi-part MIME with an HTML part. We recommend you use an mail user-agent (MUA) that supports HTML rendering for the best experience (i.e. photos!) The CSC webmail at https://mail.csclub.uwaterloo.ca and most MUAs like Outlook, Gmail, Thunderbird, Apple Mail, Mailspring, etc. will show the HTML part by default, unless configured not to.
