Close to graduation? Not sure what you're doing next? The Master of Management of Applied Science or MMASc Program at Western (previously called the University of Western Ontario) is a one-year Professional master's degree designed to help students with an undergraduate degree in science make the leap into industry. As a student in our program you will develop the management and communications skills you need to succeed in corporate Canada while extending your field-specific expertise. In two semesters you will complete graduate courses in: * Project Management, * Organizational Behaviour, * Finance, * Marketing, and * Written and Oral Communications along with further courses in the areas of: * Biology, * Computer Science * Data Analytics, or * Global Health Systems in Africa. You will also participate in the Leadership and Professional Development Seminar Series and work with the program's Career Services Officer to enhance your job search strategies, develop your application skills, and build your professional network. In the summer you will complete a four month co-op or major research project that will provide practical experience in your chosen field and help to build your professional networks.
