[CSC] Nominations closed, Code Party 0 tomorrow!

Hello CSC member,

Per our Constitution, I'm emailing you to tell you that nominations for the election tomorrow are closed and Arshia Mufti (a2mufti) is the only nominee for secretary. We'll also be amending the constitution tomorrow.

The Constitution doesn't tell me to tell you that we're having dinner and coffee at the code party tomorrow, or that it's going to be a good time hanging out with the great members in our club (like you!)
