For the first time ever, the Google DevFest Conference circuit is making it’s way North-East and arriving in Waterloo for a Can-Am DevFest! The first-of-its-kind event will take place on Saturday September 28th at Google’s Waterloo office, bringing together Google Developer Groups from Toronto, Waterloo, Sudbury, Detroit, and the surrounding regions.

This one-day conference will include a series of technical sessions, covering an array of developer technologies that you won’t want to miss out on. If you’ve ever wanted to build an application that integrates with YouTube, dive into the YouTube APIs with our featured Google speaker, Ibrahim UlukayaMacy Kuang, Founder of Miaomiao Games and featured speaker, will also be talking about the fundamentals of Google Glass technology, including how it works, what its current capabilities and limitations are, and how to develop for it. BNOTIONS’ very own Matthew Patience, VP Mobile and Greg Carron, Chief Evangelist will also hit the stage to talk about the process of developing world-class mobile applications and the workflows that bring amazing experiences to mobile users. By making the user experience the core focus, developers will learn how to extract valuable user data and how to apply that knowledge to build a better product.
