Just a reminder that this evening at 6pm in STC 0010, there will be a Capture the Flag competition hosted by the CTF Club in collaboration with the CACR and the CSC. It's a fun way to test your programming, web, networking and trivia skills in the context of computer security. No prior experience is required, it will be a fun event (I really enjoyed the last one of these I did). The event will start at 6pm in STC 0010, food will be provided, bring your laptops. Also, TerribleHack is this Saturday (July 14th). Unlike most hackathons that are focused on innovative and practical ideas, TerribleHack is solely about programming for the sake of programming and having fun - even if that means reinventing less efficient wheels.
