Hello, As a reminder, the Winter 2025 Election will be held on Monday, January 13th, 2025 at 7:00 PM ET, scheduled to end at 9:00 PM ET. The location will be DC 1302 and it will also be held virtually in our Discord (https://discord.gg/Acm29mJA?event=1326735119871901796). If you would like to run for any of the available positions (President, Vice-President, Assistant Vice-President, and Treasurer), you may still do so by emailing cro@csclub.uwaterloo.ca, submitting your nomination in-person to the CRO (Iris Liao), or writing your name clearly on the whiteboard in the CSC office (MC 3036/3037). We will reach out to nominees to obtain their platforms. The deadline for submitting a nomination is Saturday, January 11th, 2025 at 7:00 PM ET. If you cannot attend either in-person or online, you may email cro@csclub.uwaterloo.ca to request an absentee ballot. All candidates and voters must be CSC members. The vote for the constitutional amendment will be delayed as our Beginning-of-Term event (BOT) has been moved to Friday, January 31st, 2025. The time and location will be announced when they are confirmed along with the finalized version of the pending amendment.
