[CSC] Presidential Resignation, and Fall 2025 CRO Appointment

Hello everyone, About a week ago on July 24th our President, Dundee Zhang stepped down from their role as Club President. We sincerely thank Dundee for their leadership, dedication, and for the overal positive impact they've made during their time with us. We wish them all the best in their future endeavors. Seeing as it's the end of the term, we decided to not run another election, and I'll be stepping in as Acting President for the rest of this term.
