[CSC] CSC machine downtime on August 31

Hello everyone, On Thursday August 31, between 7:00 PM and 9:00 PM EST, we will be upgrading corn-syrup and caffeine to Debian 12. This will require a reboot so these machines will be offline for a few minutes. To avoid disruption, please use a different machine during that time. The list of general-use machines is here: https://wiki.csclub.uwaterloo.ca/Machine_List A few other non-general use machines will also be rebooted, so some CSC services (e.g. mail, The Lounge) will also be down for a few minutes.
